My journey began in Nicoya, Costa Rica, where I immersed myself in an intensive massage program at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. After graduating, I returned to California to refine my skills at two prestigious spas: Ojai Valley Inn and the stunning Ventana Big Sur. After years of practice, I embarked on a year-long sabbatical in 2017, starting in New Zealand, where I met my now-Dutch partner.

In 2021, I moved to Amsterdam and founded Stone Bodywork. My experience working with both the Dutch and expat communities clarified my vision for offering a practice that combines restorative bodywork with the tranquility of world-class spa treatments. Passionate about the human body and its expressions, I focus on one-on-one sessions, blending my anatomical knowledge with the intuitive healing of massage therapy. By integrating a variety of modalities and techniques, I aim to create a personalized massage experience tailored to your unique health and wellness needs.

My goal is to provide mindful, therapeutic touch, helping you feel deeply grounded and free within your body. I look forward to working with you.

The Stone Bodywork Philosophy

Your body is important- the vessel that carries you through the waters of life. By being grounded and connected within ourselves we are able to be more present and resilient to the world around us. The intention is to support ourselves directly with bodywork which in-turn supports the communities around us.
